On June 9, 2023, the WORLD MADAM 2023 ranking league, jointly organized by Qingdao World Madam Cultural Industry Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai branch, Beijing branch, Guangxi branch, Fujian branch, and co-hosted by Zhejiang Niniying Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., under the guidance of the World Madam Group, was grandly held at the Platinum Hanjue Hotel in Shanghai. The league included 10 provinces: Jiangxi, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Sichuan, Shanxi, Hubei, Shandong, and Hebei.

During the training camp, Yang Lizi, the Secretary-General of WORLD MADAM Asia, introduced the concept: WORLD MADAM is a comprehensive service platform that showcases the charm of married women worldwide. By organizing a series of selection activities, it connects influential married women from around the world in fields such as politics, economy, technology, culture, and education. Together, they promote health, beauty, and love, while also caring for and participating in social welfare activities. The aim of WORLD MADAM is to “enhance the comprehensive qualities of women, establish outstanding female role models, assist impoverished and disabled women and children, and contribute to the cultivation of global female talents, the maintenance of social stability, and the promotion of world peace and development.” To date, nearly a hundred charitable activities have been organized globally, with over ten thousand women participating in the selections. Subsequently, Li Min and Zhang Lili provided training on the candidates’ physique and etiquette.
The judging panel for this round consists of Huang Anni, Li Min, Zhang Lili, Chen Sihan, Li Libo, Liu Aiqin, Sun Jingling, and Luo Wusheng.

In the 2023 China Regional Qualifying Tournament, the candidates from the 10 provinces competed brilliantly. In the end, Fu Chahua and Zhou Lan secured the third place in the Jiangxi Regional Competition. Cai Peiyu emerged as the champion of the Jiangsu Regional Competition, and Sun Xia claimed the third place in the same region. Zhang Liping became the champion of the Shanxi Regional Competition, while Wan Xiuxia secured the second place and Shi Jinhong and Pan Cuiyun obtained the third place in the same region. Sun Yucong achieved the title of champion in the Anhui Regional Competition, with He Wenli earning the second place and Qiu Jun securing the third place in the same region. Zhan Haiyan claimed the championship in the Fujian Regional Competition, with Liu Chenling as the runner-up and Ji Shuang obtaining the third place in the same region. Zhu Qianxia became the champion in the Hubei Regional Competition, while Lin Liqun secured the second place, and Cui Jie obtained the third place in the same region. Wang Yixuan emerged as the champion in the Shandong Regional Competition, and Zhu Wanwan secured the second place. Chen Meixin became the champion in the Zhejiang Regional Competition, while Gao Dongyan and Yang Li claimed the third place in the same region. Zhang Hua emerged as the champion in the Sichuan Regional Competition, with Han Ying as the popular choice champion, Li Sha as the poise champion, Miao Hui as the intellect champion, Luo Yan securing the second place, and Geng Qingling obtaining the third place in the same region. Li Xiaoyan and Ge Wei became the champions in the Hebei Regional Competition, with Yue Sufang securing the third place.
