Lin Yue, born in 1961 in Guangan, Sichuan Province, graduated from the Painting Department of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1987. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Artists Association and the President of the Sichuan Antique Collection Association.

Lin Yue specializes in creating artworks featuring Tibetan Mastiffs. His works have been exhibited and won awards both domestically and internationally, and he is regarded as the “Number One Chinese Tibetan Mastiff Painter,” the “Oriental Master of Tibetan Mastiff Painting,” and the “Artistic Messenger Safeguarding the Living Beings in the East.”

 

He has received high praise and unanimous acclaim from the international mainstream society. His works have been exhibited at the world’s top art institutions, such as the Louvre in France, the Grand Palace in Paris, and the Research Museum of the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in Russia. They have been collected by Harvard University and Yale University in the United States and were invited to participate in the “2012 London Olympics Oil Painting Exhibition” and the “2016 Brazil Olympics Art Conference.”
